2.1 Dutch Doobadoo  exclusively supplies to wholesalers and retailers

Dutch Doobadoo exclusively supplies to wholesalers and retailers who have a valid CoC number and a VAT number. After logging in, prices  will be visible.

2.2 What are the terms of delivery of Dutch Doobadoo?
The minimum order amount for Dutch Doobadoo is € 50.00. 

Within the Netherlands
Delivery free of charge for orders from € 150.00 excl. VAT. For orders below € 150.00 shipping costs are calculated in accordance with the standard rates of DPD.

Outside of the Netherlands
Delivery free of charge for orders from € 175,00 excl. VAT. For orders below € 175,00 shipping costs are calculated in accordance with the standard rates of DPD.

2.3 What are the payment terms of Dutch Doobadoo?

Payment must be made prior to delivery. You can transfer the total amount to bank account 48.45.30.518 Attn Pronty BV, Waalwijk. Customers outside of the Netherlands (within the EU) have to use the following details for the payment to Pronty BV:

Note: do not forget to mention your order number in the payment!

When you have made the payment with iDEAL, we will proceed to deliver.  If the iDEAL payment is not successful, it will be automatically converted to payment in advance (see above).

Orders cannot be changed after confirmation, due to automatic processing.

2.4 What is the delivery time of Dutch Doobadoo? 
Dutch Doobadoo supplies from stock. Your order will be shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment extradited.

2.5 How do I trace my package of Dutch Doobadoo?
On the day of dispatch you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation of Dutch Doobadoo with a Track & Trace code of DPD. Shipments within the Netherlands sent with the Classic Service of DPD usually arrive within one working day (Monday / Friday). You can track your package on www.dpd.nl .


2.6 For wholesalers/retailers outside of the Netherlands 
Please do not forget to add your VAT number. For VAT extension: you can check this on your order review.
